Shipping: All orders for in-stock items will be shipped via Australia Post within 24 hours of order placement, with the exception of orders placed on weekends and Australian holidays. Artwork ships within 5 to 10 days and incurs an additional shipping fee, please refer to the current price listed on the artwork product page. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us for shipping to International destinations, as additional shipping fees will apply.
Returns & Exchanges: At fly BABY, we strive to bring you well-designed products of the finest materials available to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase or require a different size, please contact us within 30 days of order placement to arrange a product exchange or fly BABY credit for a future purchase. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed, and in sellable condition. fly BABY credits issued must be used within 30 days of date of issue. Limited edition artwork is not subject to return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping fees on all returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prices & Fees: All prices and fees are listed in Australian dollars excluding taxes where applicable. International customers will be charged according to the current exchange rate as determined by the credit card processing company at the time of ordering.
Privacy: fly BABY will never share your personal information with third parties, except where ordered by court of law. This includes, and is not limited to, billing and shipping address, email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card information.
